Thank you for your interest in being a tree sponsor for Festival of Trees! At this time, all spots have been filled and registration is now closed. If you are interested in participating in the future, please email [email protected].

We hope to have you visit this event over the holiday season at MOA® on Level 3, Culinary on North! Dates and hours are listed below (hours vary + are subject to change).

November 19 – December 6:

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a cost to participate?
A: No, there is no registration fee, but you are required to provide materials, decorations and giveaways that are valued exactly with the value you selected. This value cannot exceed or be under what your originally selected.

Q: Does the theme of the tree need to be Christmas/holiday related?
A: No, the theme is up to you to decide – you are encouraged to be unique and creative. Please feel free to incorporate your brand within the theme to create brand awareness.

Q: What color tree will I receive?
A: In the Participation Form, you will select your first and second tree color preference. We will best accommodate your selection based on our current availability.

Q: Are the trees pre-lit??
A: Yes, you will be able to select your light color preference in the Participation Form. We will best accommodate your selection based on our current availability.

Q: When will I know what color tree and lights I will receive?
A: About a month out from the event we will select this. If you receive a tree color and lights outside of your requests in the Participation Form, you will be notified.

Q: Will you provide a tree skirt?
A: Yes, we will provide a small white faux skirt that is 30 inches wide, but you can also provide your own. In the Participation Form, you will select the choice of using ours or providing your own.

Q: Will you provide a tree topper?
A: No, you are encouraged to include them, but it is not required.

Q: What should we do with our high-value items?
A: All items such as gift cards, certificates, vouchers, etc. should be provided to staff during set-up. We will hold onto them for the duration of the event for safe keeping. Please do not place real gift cards, certificates, vouchers, etc. on the tree.
If you are looking to incorporate large items onto the tree that have high value, please securely place them to your tree with zip ties. If they are not zip tied, staff will remove them and place in a secure location before the event opens.

Q: How will our prizes/logos be displayed/listed near our tree?
A: Next to your tree, there will be a raffle box with your logo and prize list where visitors will see everything that they will win with your tree.

Q: When will the raffle winners receive their items?
A: They will not receive their items till the new year in 2026. Please remember to not include anything that expires before February 28, 2026.
