Q: Will there be accessibility accommodations?
 A: Limited accessible viewing areas are available based off the ticket purchased. On the day of the event, please check in with an usher to be placed. This event is open + accessible to all.

Q: Is there reserved seating?
 A: Seating is not reserved. VIP Golden Circle + GA Floor seat tickets will have access to chairs on a first come, first served basis.

Q: How many tickets can I buy?
 A: Each transaction is limited to 10 tickets.

Q: I can no longer attend the event, can I cancel my order?
 A: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Mall of America® is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. Taxes are the responsibility of the ticket buyer.

Q: How early can I get in line to check-in for Friday Night Nitro?
 A: There will be a holding line in Southeast Court (Level 1, South near L.L.Bean). The time at which you line up will be at your discretion.

Q: Does my child who is under the age of two need a ticket to attend Saturday Night Nitro or Fan Fest?
 A: Yes, everyone needs a ticket as ticketing is based on capacity, not age. Due to space constraints, strollers/wagons will not be permitted in the Huntington® Bank Rotunda event space.
