Q: How long do I have to visit Nickelodeon Universe and the attractions?
A: Once your attraction bundle wristband is scanned at your first attraction or ride at Nickelodeon Universe, you have 3 consecutive calendar days to redeem the attractions that are included in your bundle. Example: If you scan your wristband on a Tuesday, Thursday would be the last day you can visit the attractions.
Q: How many days of rides at Nickelodeon Universe are included?
A: One calendar day of rides at Nickelodeon Universe is included with each attraction bundle wristband. Once scanned at a ride, you will have until park close on that day to go on rides.
Q: Do I have to pick all my attractions when I purchase a bundle?
A: No! You have the flexibility to choose the attractions you want to visit once you’re here. Show your attraction bundle wristband at the attraction you want to visit and they will scan it for entry.
Q: Can I share an attraction bundle wristband?
A: No, each attraction bundle wristband is good for one person only.
Q: Will I receive a physical ticket for Nickelodeon Universe and each of the attractions?
A: You will receive 1 wristband per attraction bundle that will be valid for Nickelodeon Universe and the attractions.
Q: Where do I pick up my attraction bundle wristbands?
A: You can pick up your attraction bundle wristbands at any kiosk or retail location inside Nickelodeon Universe or any Mall of America Guest Service Desk.
Q: What happens if my attraction bundle wristband comes off?
A: Visit a Mall of America Guest Service Desk or Nickelodeon Universe retail store and they can reattach your wristband.
Q: What happens if I lose my attraction bundle wristband?
A: Please bring your receipt to a Guest Service Desk or Nickelodeon Universe retail store and they will assist you.
Q: Do all MOA attractions have the same operating hours?
A: Operating hours vary per attraction; be sure to check ahead of time!
Q: Do I need a ticket for everyone?
A: Each attraction has different requirements of who must have a ticket to enter. Some may require all to have a ticket while others may allow children under a certain age enter for free. Please be sure to check out each of the different attractions' policies before purchasing and plan ahead!
